Terms & Conditions

• MSV Connect is a loan facilitation/DSA CRM and does not itself grant or sanction loans unless expressly operating under a lawful lending capacity.
• Loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, tenure and disbursal are determined independently by the concerned bank/NBFC/lender.
• Customers must provide true, current and complete information and authentic documents.
• No user should share OTP, password, UPI PIN, card PIN or net-banking credentials with unauthorised persons.
• MSV Agency/DSAs must not make false promises, fabricate documents, misrepresent lender terms or collect unauthorised fees.
• MSV Connect may suspend access for misuse, fraud, unauthorised data access, credential sharing or document manipulation.
• Privacy and data processing are governed by the Privacy Policy and specific consents collected during the workflow.
